unique wedding inspiration from a photo stylist

One of my favorite non-wedding blogs, Black .White. Yellow, featured the work of photo stylist Lo Bjurulf, the other day and I was blown away. I ventured over to the website and found some great wedding inspiration-SCORE!!! Take a look at these settings…these combinations could be beautiful in a wedding.

I love the use of lemons in this one!

And this one has so much warmth and comfort….perfect for a fall wedding.

Hope you can take some inspiration from these- Have a great weekend!

fuschia, purple, and brown summer wedding

here’s a different take on this wedding I featured here. Fuschia, purple, and chocolate brown is a beautiful and rich combination. It works well in the fall and winter, but here’s how it could look for a June wedding.

Instead of using any satin brown linens, you could use dark wood elements to give your wedding a chocolate brown touch. Also, let flowers or summer fruits be the pops of fuschia and purple. This board also has touches of whites and creams to lighten up the feel. Hope this gives you some inspiration! (especially you, Sade)

a purple, blue, and fuschia, jewel-toned wedding

This wedding has more than just a little splash of color- it would be great for a fall affair, but really it doesn’t have to be limited to any season.I picture golden accents rather than the usual silver. I love the richness of this board!

fuschia and chocolate brown wedding

To follow up from yesterday’s post below, I created a fuschia and chocolate brown board inspired by the hanging orchid bouquet. I love the richness of this color combination. It really does have versatility as well. I went with more of an outdoor type of setting- but this color palette could easily work with an indoor wedding: a beautifully old church with dark wood pews and lots of candlelight. Also, depending on your personality, you could minimize the fuschia with just light floral touches, or choose to play up the color with fuschia bridesmaid dresses or linens. Either way- gorgeous!
