I thought ‘oh it seemed to happen to others, but it won’t happen to me’, since she had contacted me and said that everything was ready to go. It’s been 4 months since my wedding and I still don’t have a clutch. I’m out $40 (which isn’t terrible in the scheme of things). I contacted Etsy, told them about the situation, and they told me they’ve terminated her account because of this happening with multiple users and are currently trying to prevent her from selling under different usernames. She is one of the most unprofessional and uncommunicative people, not good qualities for a small business. She missed the wedding date, and now is unreachable for a refund, even thoughher site has a refund policy listed. Do not order from her.
